Everyone is so grumpy!
This is high-grade Snark Classique. Mostly we are bitter and that feels spiritually correct and I’m flinging my soft meat suit into the churning turbines of this particular hot take machine because I like it.
Specifically I want to consider what it is about Katy Perry that elicits such violence and revulsion. Yes, the whole thing was gross. The rich people didn’t cover their heads with a napkin while they ate their space ortolan. I get it.
But also come the fuck on, obviously she is a patriarchy industry plant. And by patriarchy I mean Billionaires. In fact, I will use Patriarchy, Fascism, Billionaires, Borgs, Algo, Imperialism, Influencers, “Ceremonial-grade Matcha” pretty interchangeably on this Substack because this is my little area of the internet. Fight me.
